We don’t charge any fees on top of the ticket price – you pay the price advertised!

If a particular date isn’t available, or if you’re having any issues with payment, or you’re a solo traveller waiting for a date to open, just get in touch and we’ll do our very best to help.

If you’re a solo traveller, tours open for booking once at least two guests are confirmed.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel your tour, at least 7 days notice will be required for a full refund. An admin fee of £10 will be charged per ticket on cancellation.
Between 6 and 3 days inclusive notice, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded.
No money will be refunded if 2 days or less notice is given.

Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
